From time to time, your business will likely need to undertake IT projects outside your support hours and contracted services. These can range from an application rollout, an office move, or an acquisition, to onsite infrastructure upgrades and more.
When the time comes, we’ll guide you through the process with our dedicated PRINCE-qualified project management team. Our team ensures that we deliver your project on time and within budget by utilising best practices and principles.
Our projects are slit into 3 key stages Discovery, Implementation and Closure.
- Discovery – we’ll start this phase with a kick-off meeting to outline the project, followed by requiring access to all of your IT systems to fully scope out the project, including quotes, before the final sign-off from you.
- Implementation – we’ll allocate a project delivery date and undertake all the planning and preparation required, including project calls with yourself and any third parties that are needed. Depending on any restrictions or risks, it’ll take 6-8 weeks to complete the project.
- Closure – once the project has been delivered, we’ll complete any post-project actions and require you to sign a customer acceptance document and provide us with any feedback. When all actions are completed, the project will be closed.
