As a competent technical lead, you will be able to provide IT consultancy services to the full range of Orca clients.

In particular, your primary focus will be on working with Orca’s technical support teams to provide technical leadership and advice, as well as managing and maintaining Orca and client systems and deputising for the technical director where necessary.

You will effectively support clients and colleagues as requested in a timely manner in line with the client’s support contracts.

You will also have responsibility for your specialism area; escalations, process improvement, documentation and training for Orca’s PaaS infrastructure.

Salary:
£40,000 – £80,000

Working from a modern, open plan office; you will enjoy a varied role applying your technical skills in day-to-day accounting. Whilst also being involved in monthly, quarterly and annual processes ranging from raising invoices to liaising with clients on invoicing queries and client account management.

As the Accounts / Finance Manager, you will support the accounts team with their daily processes. You will follow defined procedures and processes to action various requests. You will be skilled at getting the best out of the people and projects that you oversee, thriving when planning projects and working with project teams. You will be able to deliver every project on time, within budget and scope.

£23,000 – £27,000
