not received my order within the 2/3 days' delivery timescale stated

Please click on "Order Tracking" in the top navigation bar and enter your
email address and customer code given to you at the time of ordering.
You will then be given the status of your order
Your Website states an item is in stock; when can
I expect to receive it once I have placed an order?
Orders for "In Stock" items received before 3pm GMT Monday to Friday are
delivered within 2/3 business days. Orders received after 3pm GMT Monday
to Friday, or at the weekend, will be processed on the next business day,
and delivered within 2/3 business days of processing.
PLEASE NOTE: If you require a faster delivery on your order, please contact
our sales department as we are able to offer alternative delivery services,
such as guaranteed next day before 12noon or 9am, Same day, Saturday AM
delivery et., at an additional charge. These services are available subject
to stock & destination.
If an item is out of stock when can I expect to
receive it once I have placed an order?
If an item is shown as out of stock, delivery is between 3/7 business
days. Should delivery be longer than this, an estimated date of arrival
will be given after your order is placed. If an item is shown as being
out of stock and you require the item urgently, please contact our sales
department on 01306 640700 or email "><%="sales@orcalogic.co.uk"%> for assistance.

Which delivery company do you use?
All orders are despatched using Royal Mail, the type of service (eg Special
Delivery, Recorded Delivery or AirSure) is dependant on the shipping
method requested eg Next Day and also depends on location eg outside
of the UK.
What happens if I am not in when a delivery is made?
All deliveries require a signature. If no one is available to sign upon
delivery, the postman will leave a card stating that delivery has been
attempted which gives details of how the parcel can be collected from
your local post office. If delivery is attempted and no details have been
left, please obtain your Royal Mail tracking number (by logging into our
"Order Tracking" section) and you will be able to collect your parcel
from your local Royal Mail centre by quoting the tracking number. You
may require some form of identification for this.
Do I need to sign for the delivery?
All deliveries require a signature. If no one is available to sign upon
delivery, the postman will leave a card stating that delivery has been
attempted which gives details of how the parcel can be collected from
your local post office. If delivery is attempted and no details have been
left, please obtain your Royal Mail tracking number (by logging into our
"Order Tracking" section) and you will be able to collect your parcel
from your local Royal Mail centre by quoting the tracking number. You
may require some form of identification for this.
Will I receive a VAT invoice with my delivery?
An invoice will be sent to the credit/debit card holder's address and
either posted (if different from the delivery address) or enclosed with
the delivery, (if the invoice address and delivery address are the same).
What is your delivery charge?
Delivery charges vary and will depend on which shipping service is requested
at time of order. We also have special offers from time to time such
as free shipping or reduced rate shipping - please see our website
for further details.
Can I have an item delivered to a different delivery
address other than to the cardholders address?
We can deliver to alternative delivery addresses, however you may be contacted
to verify that you wish this to happen.
I live in the Channel Islands - Do I pay VAT?
Products shipped to Guernsey and Jersey are not charged VAT. Your order
confirmation may show VAT - this will be amended at the time of processing
and your invoice total will therefore not show VAT.

Why is my order in "backorder" when your website
said that it is stock?
This could be due to a stock allocation error. In the unlikely event of
this occurring, your order may be placed on "backorder" until more stock
arrives. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that this has
caused.

We ship to all main European countries (currently, we do not ship outside
of Europe).
