We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (Spam) unless we have consent from the email address holder.  We do use an independant automatic feedback service (Trustpilot.co.uk) to allow our customers to rate our service.

The information we collect (name, address, phone number, email address, credit/debit card details) is purely for the purpose of processing and shipping your order.

Our internet order processing system relies on Cookies which are used on this site purely to keep track of your shopping basket (and to enable correct pricing to be given to Orca Logic trade account customers) and for no other reason.

The information we require to process your order (name, address, phone number, email address, credit/debit card details) is held on high-security servers. Credit/Debit card numbers are never stored in plain text and never on a shared server or network. This is in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

Minors
The Orca Logic website is not intended for children and we ask that no-one under the age of 12 submits personal information to us or uses the site without the supervision of a parent or guardian.
